Job Description
Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Manager to improve health outcomes by growing patient referrals. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with healthcare provider partners, including primary care physicians and specialists, within the Fort Worth, TX area. The Provider Partnerships Manager will report to a Regional Manager and will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of provider partnerships.
  • Spending 4-5 days per week in the field meeting with providers.
  • Identifying new provider partner leads through research and prospecting.
  • Activating leads as referral partners.
  • Nurturing existing partnerships through regular in-person visits and emails.
  • Contributing to the development of the Provider Partnerships function.
  • 2+ years of provider-facing field sales experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
