Job Description
Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Manager to improve health outcomes by facilitating patient access to nutrition support. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to increase patient referrals to Nourish. The Provider Partnerships Manager will report to a Regional Manager and work in the field, engaging with providers within a 1-hour driving radius of Greater Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities:
- Field Engagement: Spend 4-5 days per week meeting with providers.
- Spotting Opportunities: Identify new provider partner leads.
- Connecting & Converting: Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners.
- Fostering & Strengthening Relationships: Nurture existing partnerships through regular interactions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of provider-facing field sales experience.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
