Job Description

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Manager to improve health outcomes by facilitating access to nutrition support. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, including primary care physicians and specialists, to increase patient referrals to Nourish.

The Provider Partnerships Manager will be responsible for field engagement, spending 4-5 days per week meeting with providers within a 1-hour driving radius of Cleveland, OH. They will identify new provider partner leads, connect with and convert them into referral partners, and continuously nurture existing partnerships through in-person visits and other interactions. The role also involves contributing to the development of the Provider Partnerships function by shaping internal and external processes and educational resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Field Engagement: Spend 4-5 days per week in the field meeting with providers.
  • Spotting Opportunities: Identify new provider partner leads.
  • Connecting & Converting: Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners.
  • Fostering & Strengthening Relationships: Continuously nurture existing partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of provider-facing field sales experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
