Job Description

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Manager to improve health outcomes by growing patient referrals. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with healthcare provider partners in the Philadelphia area. The Provider Partnerships Manager will report to a Regional Manager and will be responsible for field engagement, identifying new leads, converting leads into referral partners, and fostering existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Engagement: Spend 4-5 days per week meeting with providers.
  • Spotting Opportunities: Identify new provider partner leads.
  • Connecting & Converting: Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners.
  • Fostering & Strengthening Relationships: Nurture existing partnerships through regular interactions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of provider-facing field sales experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
