Job Description
Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Manager to improve health outcomes by facilitating access to nutrition support. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to increase patient referrals to Nourish.
The Provider Partnerships Manager will work in the field, engaging with providers to establish and strengthen partnerships. They will identify new leads, convert them into referral partners, and nurture existing relationships through regular interactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Spending 4-5 days per week in the field meeting with providers.
- Identifying new provider partner leads through research and prospecting.
- Reaching out to leads and activating them as referral partners.
- Nurturing existing partnerships through regular in-person visits and communications.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of provider-facing field sales experience.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
