Job Description
Markforged is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of their newest platforms. The ideal candidate will be a hunter with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets. This role involves collaborating with Inside Sales and Application Engineers to build a pipeline and lead strategic sales campaigns with Fortune 100 manufacturers. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales expectations and forecasts, and effectively communicating Markforged solutions to meet customer business needs.Role involves:
- Development of own pipeline
- Meeting quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Working closely with Go-To Market teams
- Managing weekly sales expectations and forecasts
- Mapping Markforged solutions to customer business needs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B direct sales experience
- Proven quota attainment
- Highly productive communication skills
- Ability to lead C-Suite communications
- High level of technical aptitude
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
