Software Engineer 2 (Data Platform)

Demandbase is seeking a Software Engineer 2 to join their product development team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic engineer ready to contribute to a fast-paced agile environment. Role involves:

• Designing and developing scalable data processing platforms.
• Developing scalable data architecture systems.
• Following engineering best practices to solve data matching and search problems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 8-12 years of Software Engineering experience.
• Experience writing Production level code in Java or Scala.
• Experience in Multithreading, Distributed Systems, Performance Optimization.
• Good knowledge of database concepts & proficient in SQL.
• Experience in writing unit test cases & Integration test is a must.
