Evaluations Technical Program Manager and Strategy Lead at AI Security Institute

The AI Security Institute is seeking an Evaluations Technical Program Manager and Strategy Lead to play a crucial role in developing core products, including tests of frontier AI systems. This role involves feeding back results, insights, and recommendations to model developers and policymakers.

As part of the Testing Team, the individual will be responsible for the overall testing strategy, preparation, and delivery of testing exercises. The role requires close collaboration with researchers, engineers, and policy teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and leading the technical delivery of AI system evaluation projects.
• Ensuring testing projects have the necessary research and engineering support.
• Defining processes to support testing exercises and drive continuous improvement.
• Developing and iterating the overall approach and strategy for evaluating frontier AI systems.
