  • Creating case studies and best practices.
  • Testing new approaches to increase revenue.
  • Advocating for merchants within Scalapay.
  • Meeting merchants face-to-face and staying updated on industry trends.


Requirements:
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to grow partnerships.
  • Proven experience in upselling and cross selling to maximise client portfolios.
  • Ability to follow a structured sales process.
  • Excellent communication skills and data-driven profile.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or business consulting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
