Scalapay is seeking an In-Store Enterprise Account Executive to expand its business by acquiring top enterprise merchants in France for its in-store payment solutions. The candidate will support the Country Sales Manager in defining the commercial direction and go-to-market strategy. This role involves:
- Defining portfolio strategy.
- Identifying and cultivating champions during negotiations.
- Pinpointing merchant pain points to propose optimal solutions.
- Focusing on pipeline generation to meet targets.
- Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and executing joint business plans.
- Following the sales process and methodology implemented at Scalapay.
Scalapay requires candidates to have:
- Exceptional sales performance with a proven track record.
- At least 4 years of enterprise sales experience.
- A methodical approach to sales.
- Fluency in retail and payments terminology.
- Native/near-native proficiency in French (C1-C2) and strong professional proficiency in English (B2-C1).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (ideally Hubspot), LinkedIn, and prospecting solutions.
