Scalapay is seeking an In-Store Enterprise Account Executive to expand its business by acquiring top enterprise merchants in France for its in-store payment solutions. The candidate will support the Country Sales Manager in defining the commercial direction and go-to-market strategy. This role involves:
Defining portfolio strategy.
Identifying and cultivating champions during negotiations.
Pinpointing merchant pain points to propose optimal solutions.
Focusing on pipeline generation to meet targets.
Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and executing joint business plans.
Following the sales process and methodology implemented at Scalapay.
Scalapay requires candidates to have:
Exceptional sales performance with a proven track record.
At least 4 years of enterprise sales experience.
A methodical approach to sales.
Fluency in retail and payments terminology.
Native/near-native proficiency in French (C1-C2) and strong professional proficiency in English (B2-C1).
Proficiency in CRM tools (ideally Hubspot), LinkedIn, and prospecting solutions.
