Scalapay is seeking an In-store Enterprise Account Executive to expand its business by acquiring top enterprise merchants in Spain for its Instore payment solutions. The Account Executive will support the Country Sales Manager in defining the strategic commercial direction and regional go-to-market strategy.

What this role involves:

  • Defining and mapping portfolio strategy.
  • Identifying and building champions during negotiations.
  • Identifying merchant pain points to propose optimal solutions.
  • Focusing on pipeline generation to achieve targets.
  • Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and executing joint business plans.
  • Following the sales process and methodology implemented at Scalapay.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional sales record.
  • At least 4 years of experience in complex sales solutions to enterprise-level.
  • Methodical approach.
  • Fluency in retail and payments.
  • Native/near-native level in Spanish (C1) and strong professional proficiency in English (B2-C1).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (ideally Hubspot), LinkedIn, and prospecting solutions.
