Sr Enterprise Strategic Account Executive - Travel vertical at Scalapay

Scalapay is seeking a highly motivated Sr Enterprise Strategic Account Executive to focus on acquiring large strategic accounts within the French travel market. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and developing client acquisition strategies across various segments of the tourism and travel industry. Scalapay is a unicorn company that provides innovative BuyNow PayLater payment solutions, enabling merchants to deliver magical shopping experiences to customers.

The role involves:

• Developing and implementing strategies for acquiring new strategic accounts in the travel industry.
• Generating new business opportunities and tailoring sales presentations with relevant data.
• Managing merchant onboarding and negotiating optimal user experiences.
• Leveraging partnerships with tech platforms and key industry stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize product offerings and tailor solutions for merchants.
• Collaborating with integration, marketing, and account management teams.
• Managing a complex sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, using Hubspot CRM.
• Attending industry events and market visits.
• Supporting the team in positioning Scalapay as a leader in deferred travel payments.
• Staying informed about industry innovations.

Requirements include:

• 6+ years of experience in complex technology sales to strategic accounts in the travel/tourism and SaaS sectors.
• Extensive network of contacts within the travel industry in France and internationally.
• Fluency in French (C1-C2) and English.
• Experience with complex sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Sandler, or BANT.
