Scalapay is seeking a passionate HR Operations Specialist to join their team in Milan. The company is a fast-growing fintech unicorn transforming the Buy Now Pay Later space, offering an exciting opportunity to grow in a people-centric environment.She/he will:
- Provide administrative support for contracts, health & safety, and Voucher Meals.
- Maintain and update records and documentation in internal systems.
- Support payroll activities, collaborating with payroll providers.
- Ensure accurate processing of information.
- Manage and update employee information in HiBob.
- Assist in implementing HR Operations projects and process improvements.
- Support the onboarding of new employees.
- Act as a point of contact for employees answering HR queries.
Scalapay is looking for someone, who has:
- A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English & Italian.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
- Previous experience in an HR-related role (HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration preferred).
- Data-driven mindset.
- Proactive approach.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob or similar).
- Strong attention to detail.
