Scalapay is seeking a passionate HR Operations Specialist to join their team in Milan. The company is a fast-growing fintech unicorn transforming the Buy Now Pay Later space, offering an exciting opportunity to grow in a people-centric environment.She/he will:
  • Provide administrative support for contracts, health & safety, and Voucher Meals.
  • Maintain and update records and documentation in internal systems.
  • Support payroll activities, collaborating with payroll providers.
  • Ensure accurate processing of information.
  • Manage and update employee information in HiBob.
  • Assist in implementing HR Operations projects and process improvements.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees answering HR queries.
Scalapay is looking for someone, who has:
  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both English & Italian.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
  • Previous experience in an HR-related role (HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration preferred).
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Proactive approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail.
