Scalapay is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead its DevOps team in managing and optimizing infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The DevOps Manager will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and robust systems that support our growing business. This leadership position combines strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and team management.

Role Involves:

  • Leading and mentoring the DevOps team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Aligning DevOps strategies with business goals by working closely with stakeholders and teams.
  • Building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Overseeing automated infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Identifying and implementing process automation opportunities across development and operations.
  • Implementing monitoring solutions to ensure system health and reliability.
  • Enforcing DevSecOps practices and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Planning for capacity growth while optimizing infrastructure for performance and cost.
  • Maintaining thorough documentation for processes, tools, and configurations.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and security operations.
  • Proven success managing and growing high-performance DevOps teams.
  • Expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, along with CI/CD and IaC tools.
  • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and cloud-native security.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
