Eventbrite is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to join their Growth Marketing team. This role involves leading the Demand Generation team in customer acquisition efforts through multi-channel campaigns. The Demand Generation Lead will report to Eventbrite's marketing organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading the Demand Generation team to own customer acquisition efforts.
  • Designing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive leads and revenue.
  • Creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and re-engage existing customers.
  • Developing and refining the lifecycle journey.
  • Collaborating with the sales organization to ensure alignment between demand generation efforts and lead quality/quantity expectations.
  • Using data and insights to continuously optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation or Inbound Marketing.
  • University BA/BS degree.
  • Expertise in email marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Experience running multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • A data-driven and experimental mindset.
