Senior Product Manager - Order Changes at Eventbrite, Inc.

Eventbrite is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help transform its refund experience. The Product Manager will define the vision and strategy for refunds and order changes, leading a cross-functional team to execute a roadmap that simplifies refunds and transfers.

This role involves:

• Defining clear vision & strategy and set OKRs.
• Leading the ideation, research, design, development and launch of user-centric marketplace products.
• Understanding user needs and defining product requirements.
• Driving product development with Engineers, Designers and Analysts.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and engineers.

• 5-7 years of product management experience.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
