Job Description
Eventbrite is seeking a Bilingual Account Executive to join their sales team. The Account Executive will be responsible for selling Eventbrite solutions to new accounts, delivering value-based sales pitches, and managing the end-to-end sales process. This role involves engaging with clients via phone or virtual meetings, developing a sales pipeline, and staying informed about industry trends.
- Exceed monthly/quarterly/annual key performance metrics
- Deliver value based sales pitch
- Engage clients on the phone or virtual meetings
- Create, maintain, and develop a sales pipeline
- Manage the end to end sales process
- Develop expertise in the ticketing industry
- Update CRM system with customer and pipeline data
- Conduct accurate deal forecasting and revenue delivery
- Effectively work with peers in the sales organization
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- Record of quota over-achievement, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proven ability to execute on consultative sales methodology
- Firm understanding of how to identify target customers
- Experience with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Google Drive
- Strong desire to work in an innovative and dynamic company
- Proficiency in Spanish (Nice to have)
