Job Description
Eventbrite is seeking a Bilingual Sales Development Representative to generate demand and excitement for Eventbrite and create a business pipeline for Account Executives. The Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their diverse business needs and helping them to be successful with Eventbrite. Responsibilities:
  • Represent Eventbrite to prospective clients
  • Make outbound phone calls to leads provided by marketing
  • Prospect via cold calling within a territory and/or vertical
  • Work directly with Account Executives to build a lead development strategy
  • Consult on how the Eventbrite platform can be used to make any kind of event wildly successful
  • Document qualified opportunities to pass on to the Account Executive team
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the entire sales process
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years experience in a phone sales role
  • Experience with high volume cold calling
  • Proficiency in Spanish
  • A fearless ability to proactively engage new clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
