Eventbrite is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their sales organization. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and talented go-getter with creative problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a competitive drive.This role involves:
- Exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual key performance metrics.
- Delivering value-based sales pitches.
- Engaging clients via phone, virtual meetings, and potentially face-to-face meetings.
- Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline.
- Managing the end-to-end sales process.
- Developing expertise in the ticketing industry.
- Updating the CRM system.
- Conducting accurate deal forecasting.
- Collaborating with peers, customers, and vendors.
Requirements include:
- 4+ years of experience in sales with quota over-achievement, preferably in SaaS.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to execute consultative sales methodology.
- Understanding of identifying target customers, evaluating buyer interest, handling objections, and closing business.
- Experience with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Google Drive.
- Strong desire to work in an innovative and dynamic company.
