Eventbrite is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their sales organization. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and talented go-getter with creative problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a competitive drive.This role involves:
  • Exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual key performance metrics.
  • Delivering value-based sales pitches.
  • Engaging clients via phone, virtual meetings, and potentially face-to-face meetings.
  • Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process.
  • Developing expertise in the ticketing industry.
  • Updating the CRM system.
  • Conducting accurate deal forecasting.
  • Collaborating with peers, customers, and vendors.
Requirements include:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales with quota over-achievement, preferably in SaaS.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to execute consultative sales methodology.
  • Understanding of identifying target customers, evaluating buyer interest, handling objections, and closing business.
  • Experience with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Google Drive.
  • Strong desire to work in an innovative and dynamic company.
