Procurement Manager at Demandbase

Demandbase is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join their team in India. This role is pivotal in leading procurement transformation and technology initiatives, driving cost reduction, and enhancing processes within the organization.

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading and executing strategic procurement initiatives to support organizational goals. He will manage and drive the implementation of procurement technology and process improvements. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels to ensure alignment and efficient procurement operations. Negotiate with external vendors to optimize costs and terms, while ensuring the procurement process aligns with company policies and compliance standards. He will analyze procurement data to make informed recommendations on cost-saving and strategic sourcing initiatives.

What You’ll be Doing

What We are Looking For:

• Proven leadership capabilities with extensive experience in project management and technology transformation initiatives within procurement.
• In-depth knowledge of procure-to-pay systems (Zip, Coupa, Ariba, or similar).
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt and work flexibly to meet dynamic business needs.
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen focus on driving cost reduction and strategic sourcing.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, preferably in technology industry or management consulting.
• Experience in implementing and managing procurement technology and processes.
• Demonstrated ability in leading cost reduction and strategic sourcing initiatives.
