Butternut Box is seeking a Head of IT to lead and oversee its IT infrastructure and operations across multiple sites. The Head of IT will play a crucial role in shaping the IT strategy, driving operational excellence, managing a growing team, and fostering innovation and improvement.Butternut Box is rapidly developing its international expansion plans. This role is crucial to support the growth demands.Role Involves:

• Overseeing IT across factories and offices in multiple locations.
• Ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable IT systems.
• Managing IT infrastructure at the Zabrze factory.
• Optimizing workflows and supporting business needs.
• Managing key tooling, including Google GSuite, Slack, and Notion.
• Collaborating with Operations, People, and managed services providers.

Requirements:

• Hands-on leader with a “get stuck in” attitude.
• Advanced knowledge of network technologies and IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing on-site IT operations and remote teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Process-oriented and innovative mindset.
• Passion for startups and dogs.
• Excellent English and Polish.
