Global Head of IT at PsiBufet

Butternut Box is seeking a Global Head of IT to oversee IT infrastructure and operations across multiple sites. The role involves shaping IT strategy, driving operational excellence, managing a growing team, and innovating processes. The Global Head of IT will directly manage IT infrastructure at the Zabrze factory and support the team in Rudie's, while collaborating with teams across a global organization.

Role Responsibilities:

• Overseeing IT across factories in Zabrze, Poland and Doncaster, UK, and offices in London, Warszawa, Amsterdam, and Berlin.
• Ensuring manufacturing and office environments are supported by reliable, secure, and scalable IT systems.
• Managing IT infrastructure at the Zabrze factory.
• Managing a team at Rudie’s.
• Working with ERP, WMS, and connectivity systems to optimize workflows.
• Being available on-call to mitigate technical issues.
• Managing key tooling, including Google GSuite, Slack, Notion, etc.
• Collaborating with Operations and People teams to implement best practices.

Requirements:

• Hands-on leader with experience in managing diverse priorities.
• Advanced knowledge of network technologies, IT infrastructure, and connectivity.
• Track record of managing on-site IT operations and remote teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Process-oriented and innovative mindset.
• Passion for startups and dogs.
• Excellent English and Polish is a must.
