PsiBufet, a fresh dog food company and leader in Poland's pet nutrition category, is seeking a Junior Sales Manager to lead their direct sales efforts. As part of Butternut Box, they offer collaboration with international teams and growth opportunities.
The Junior Sales Manager will be responsible for direct sales, building a team of Brand Ambassadors, and achieving sales targets in the Dolny Śląsk region. This role involves independent sales to gain expertise, team building, and collaboration with sales teams in the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Benelux.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting direct sales in the field (including weekends)
- Building and developing a team of Brand Ambassadors
- Collaborating with the Direct Sales Manager for Poland and the direct sales director in the UK
- Coordinating with the Events Specialist to secure optimal sales locations
- Monitoring results and improving key metrics
- Leading the team with a client-first approach
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in direct/field sales
- Category B driving license
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Experience in sales training
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience in coordinating or leading a sales team is a plus
- Passion for sales and direct customer interaction
