Associate Partner, Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) at Instiglio

Instiglio is seeking an Associate Partner to lead and expand its impact in the Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) region. The role focuses on growing the portfolio, team, and operations, primarily through the Bogotá office. The Associate Partner will deepen Instiglio's work in Colombia and lead expansion to other prioritized countries.

Role Involves:

• Developing and implementing regional strategies.
• Leading and building a high-performing team.
• Driving business development and cultivating relationships with stakeholders.
• Providing strategic and technical leadership on projects.
• Evolving Instiglio's thought leadership and brand positioning.
• Overseeing organizational units and teams.

Requirements:

• A relevant master’s degree.
• At least 12 years of experience, including 8 years in international development.
• Experience in government institutional reforms.
• Experience in evidence-based policy design.
• Track record in sourcing and managing clients and partners.
• Experience in growing and managing teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Strong organizational oversight.
• Proven experience managing relationships with public sector leaders.
• Outstanding problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Leadership skills and empathy.
• Impact-driven, resilient, results-oriented.
• Proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
