Storable is seeking a Sr. Payments Support Specialist to join their Support team. This role will focus on providing support for payments related issues within the Newbook platform, a subsidiary of Storable. The specialist will be responsible for delivering support to customers, analyzing complex payment and software issues, and serving as a subject matter expert for the payments ecosystem.
  • Providing guidance and support to clients via phone and email.
  • Investigating and resolving cases, collaborating with team members.
  • Contributing to and updating the knowledge base.
  • Collaborating with product or engineering to troubleshoot issues.
  • Analyzing payments-related issues and assisting with triaging.
  • Replicating and logging reported bugs.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for the payments ecosystem.
  • Updating documentation regarding payments support.
  • Assisting in training support representatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous Merchant Service, Banking, or Financial experience required.
  • Experience with credit card processing.
  • At least 2 years of product support experience in a technical, payments-related role.
  • Excellent communication and phone skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Proven ability to resolve escalated technical issues.
  • Understanding of relevant software and computer applications.
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle interruptions and meet deadlines.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems.
