Sr. Payments Support Specialist at Storable

Storable, including its subsidiary Newbook, is seeking a Sr. Payments Support Specialist to join their Support team in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. The successful candidate will be the Payments SME, delivering support to customers using the platform.

Role involves:

• Providing guidance and support to clients via phone and email.
• Analyzing, investigating, and resolving complex payment and software issues.
• Collaborating with product or engineering teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Serving as a subject matter expert for the payments ecosystem.
• Updating documentation and training support representatives on payments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in Merchant Services, Banking, or Finance.
• Experience with credit card processing.
• At least 2 years of product support experience in a technical, payments-related role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
