Storable, including its subsidiary Newbook, is seeking a Sr. Payments Support Specialist to join their Support team in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. The successful candidate will be the Payments SME, delivering support to customers using the platform.
Role involves:
- Providing guidance and support to clients via phone and email.
- Analyzing, investigating, and resolving complex payment and software issues.
- Collaborating with product or engineering teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Serving as a subject matter expert for the payments ecosystem.
- Updating documentation and training support representatives on payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in Merchant Services, Banking, or Finance.
- Experience with credit card processing.
- At least 2 years of product support experience in a technical, payments-related role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
