Newbook is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to focus on retention and growth. This role is based in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, with hybrid work flexibility. The candidate will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction, and act as a strategic advisor driving engagement and value realization.Role involves:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts
- Acting as a strategic advisor to customers
- Assessing customer health scores and implementing action plans
- Conducting business reviews to showcase ROI
- Identifying and qualifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborating with Sales to drive expansion deals
- Developing and executing customer success plans
- Addressing customer concerns and ensuring issue resolution
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales in a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to retain customers and drive upsell/cross-sell growth
- Experience managing C-level and senior stakeholder relationships
- Strong consultative approach with customer success methodologies
- Excellent data analysis, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
