Newbook is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to focus on retention and growth. This role is based in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, with hybrid work flexibility. The candidate will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction, and act as a strategic advisor driving engagement and value realization.Role involves:
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to customers
  • Assessing customer health scores and implementing action plans
  • Conducting business reviews to showcase ROI
  • Identifying and qualifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborating with Sales to drive expansion deals
  • Developing and executing customer success plans
  • Addressing customer concerns and ensuring issue resolution
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales in a SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to retain customers and drive upsell/cross-sell growth
  • Experience managing C-level and senior stakeholder relationships
  • Strong consultative approach with customer success methodologies
  • Excellent data analysis, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
