Storable is seeking a Director, APAC People Operations to lead and scale HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations across its APAC offices. This role involves partnering with APAC leaders and overseeing the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners to ensure alignment with Storable's mission.

The Director will be a member of the leadership team for both India and Australia who will spearhead HR strategies that drive engagement, performance, and culture-building within Storable's India and Australia offices. The candidate will ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and they will need to coach leaders on change management, professional development, and servant leadership.

What this role involves:

  • Leading the Hyderabad and Gold Coast offices, setting performance standards.
  • Overseeing Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams for APAC.
  • Developing and executing HR strategies for engagement, performance, and culture.
  • Owning the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for APAC.
  • Partnering with business leaders to implement performance management and compensation cycles.
  • Championing employee engagement initiatives and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Partnering with global HR and executive leadership to align APAC operations.
  • Coaching leaders and managers on change management and professional development.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in HR/People Operations at global organizations.
  • 5+ years of global leadership experience with exposure to Australian labor law.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale global teams.
  • Strong servant leadership mindset.
  • Deep understanding of global recruitment best practices.
  • Experience in technical, product, and G&A recruiting.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with execution.
  • Experience in remote or hybrid work environments.
