Storable is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to lead high-impact Salesforce initiatives and work cross-functionally with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure Salesforce and Go-to-Market platforms align with business goals, driving revenue growth and enabling stakeholders with expert guidance.
The Salesforce Business Analyst will serve as a key link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless alignment. Storable is looking for someone with expert knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather and document complex business requirements.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions to optimize business processes.
- Lead cross-functional projects and drive Salesforce enhancements.
- Develop and refine user stories, process flows, and system requirements.
- Partner with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Business Leaders to deliver high-value solutions.
- Analyze and improve existing Salesforce processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and drive adoption strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts.
- Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and recommend enhancements.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users.
- Present outcomes to leadership teams upon project completion.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar Salesforce role.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Flow automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and integrations.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency with process mapping, user stories, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with development teams.
- Salesforce certifications (at least one of the following): Salesforce Business Analyst, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder.
- A solid understanding of the capabilities and best practices of marketing automation platforms, such as SFMC, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Comprehensive understanding of each activity in the lead-to-cash process from systems, business, and procedural viewpoints.
- Proficiency in writing advanced spreadsheet functions.
