WellPower, a leading community-based mental health and total wellbeing provider in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Psychiatrist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the mental health community by providing comprehensive services to diverse populations.

The Psychiatrist will work within a team-based care model, collaborating with multi-specialty professionals to deliver person-centered and culturally responsive care. The role involves direct psychiatric outpatient services, consultation with staff, and participation in clinical committees.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct psychiatric outpatient services in-person or via telehealth.
• Managing psychiatric emergencies and mental health hold evaluations.
• Completing medical records and reports.
• Supervising treatment plans and providing medical/clinical supervision.
• Participating in quality assurance and program development.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree.
• 3 years of psychiatric residency experience.
• Expertise in psychotropic medications and medications for Opioid Use Disorder.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
