Founder Associate (m/f/d)

A portfolio company is seeking a motivated Founder’s Associate to support its go-to-market strategies. The Founder's Associate will ensure the portfolio company’s business-critical services are optimized and contribute to various projects. They will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and negotiate contracts. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, taking ownership of strategic projects, and assisting in operational tasks.

Role Involves:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Initiating and taking ownership of strategic and operational projects.
• Assisting in day-to-day operational tasks.
• Acting as a liaison between different teams.
• Being a sparring partner for the Leadership team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
• First experience in a highly competitive environment.
• Interest in growth startups and changing a traditional industry.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners, and investors.
• Excellent German skills and strong English skills.
• Eligibility to work in the EU.
