(Senior) Digital Consultant (m/f/d)

Job Description

Project A is seeking a Senior Digital Consultant to join their Digital Consulting team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious business generalist who can define and execute value-driving projects with portfolio companies and external clients. This role involves working closely with Managing Directors and Leads on steering committees, stakeholder management with C-level executives, and identifying growth opportunities. The consultant will also be responsible for staffing operational experts to meet client needs.

• Strategically define key-value drivers for clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-Level executives.
• Ensure successful collaboration between portfolio companies and operational teams.
• Prepare and lead recurring Steering Committees.
• Deliver hands-on operational support in various areas.
• Plan, staff, and manage cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate should have:

• High ambition and drive.
• Fluency in English and German (C1 level).
• Strong communication skills.
• 3-5 years of work experience in consulting or a similar environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of digital business models.
• Pragmatic and structured approach.
• Comfort in a demanding environment.
• Team player attitude.
• Experience in change management (a plus).
• Located in Germany with willingness to travel.
• Eligibility to work within the EU.
