Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d)

The company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join one of its portfolio companies. The company operates a next-generation supply chain platform, redefining how industries source, distribute, and finance materials by using AI and workflow automation. The Senior Business Analyst will maintain and optimize data platforms and supports its Data team in their strategies. The role is based in the Berlin office.

In this role, the Senior Business Analyst will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and create actionable game plans
• Build dashboards and deliver insights using SQL, Tableau, Excel/Sheets, and more
• Maintain and optimize data platforms for seamless, reliable data flow
• Address ad-hoc data requests with speed and accuracy
• Provide critical analysis for business operations, working directly with founders

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years in BI/data analytics, in high-growth environments, ideally scale-ups
• Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; strong SQL skills (Python/R a plus)
• Proven experience building reporting systems and working with large datasets
• Skilled at creating operational dashboards, reports, and delivering insights to C-level executives
• Proactive, impact-driven, and able to translate data into actionable strategies
