Tech Consultant (m/w/d)

Job Description

Project A is seeking a Tech Consultant (m/f/d) to join their team in Berlin. The consultant will play a crucial role in assisting companies to optimize their technological infrastructure, implement new systems, and establish scalable processes.

The role involves:

• Steering and implementing technology-oriented projects from concept to successful implementation.
• Analyzing and evaluating technical systems, tools, and platforms for clients.
• Identifying and improving technical and operational processes.
• Supporting Buy vs. Build decisions, system selection, and implementation of new technologies.
• Collaborating closely with Tech, Product, and Business teams, and aligning strategically with the VP Product & Consulting and CTO.
• Ensuring project success through active stakeholder management and control of external partners and service providers.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, project management, or similar roles with a focus on tech (including Data, AI, etc.).
• Enthusiasm for technology & digital business models, ideally with experience from a management consultancy, a tech startup, or a digital agency.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate technical and strategic content clearly and convincingly to various stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Native-level German skills and fluent English are a must.
• Must be eligible to work within the EU.
