Job Description
Project A is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their portfolio company, a next-generation supply chain platform redefining global trade. The company uses AI and workflow automation to optimize procurement, with a team of 80+ FTEs across Europe, China, and India. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage recruiting and growth strategies in Berlin, contributing to the company's rapid scaling.
In this role, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will:
- Create an end-to-end recruiting plan including sourcing, contacting candidates, organizing interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to find the best candidates.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
- Suggest new recruitment strategies.
- Participate in projects such as employer branding and tool implementation.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong understanding of commercial and operational roles.
- Experience in agency recruitment or hyper-growth start-ups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
