Job Description

A partner company is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to play a crucial role in scaling the company and ensuring operational excellence.

The CEO will be responsible for goals and KPIs related to growth, revenue, and profit, as well as professionalizing the existing management structure. They will oversee the strategic and operational implementation of an ambitious growth plan, the implementation of efficient processes and a digital infrastructure, and the overall management of the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in leading a business unit or at C-Level.

• Understanding of digital business models and technological infrastructure.
• Experience in B2C business.
• Expertise in go-to-market strategies and internationalization.
• Leadership competence and success in cross-functional collaboration.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven.
• Team player with initiative.
• Native-level German and fluent English skills.
• EU work permit
