Job Description
A portfolio company is seeking a motivated Account Executive - Poland to support its go-to-market strategies. The company is a next-generation supply chain platform redefining how one of the world’s largest industries sources, distributes, and finances materials. It utilizes agentic AI and workflow automation to provide access to premium materials at scale.
In this role, the Account Executive will ensure the portfolio company’s business-critical services are optimized and will contribute to various projects. They will work closely with buyers and suppliers to address issues and make informed trading decisions.
Responsibilities:- Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers
- Stay informed about market trends
- Conduct analysis of trade data
- Build and maintain strong relationships
- Address concerns from clients
- Work with the technology team to provide feedback
- Ensure trades comply with regulations
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Polish and English communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of trade and supply chain management (plus)
