Job Description

This job posting is for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) position at one of Project A's partner companies. The CSO will play a crucial role in scaling the company, ensuring operational excellence, driving international expansion, and fostering excellent customer experiences.

The role involves:

  • Building efficient workflows in sales, customer care, and assembly partnerships.
  • Developing and implementing a viable business model for the B2B sector.
  • Developing and implementing market entry strategies for new international markets.
  • Optimizing internal processes, teams, and systems for internationalization and scaling.
  • Improving the entire customer journey, focusing on customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Leading and developing cross-functional teams with a focus on collaboration, excellence, and innovation.
  • Further developing the e-commerce platform and implementing new technologies to optimize operations.
  • Establishing and using KPIs to manage the company and optimize operational performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 6 years of experience in operational or strategic leadership positions.
  • Proven success in scaling companies, preferably in e-commerce or the construction component industry.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven work ethic with experience in using KPIs for decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of customer experience and customer journey optimization, including CRM and lifetime value management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and social skills.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
