Supply Chain & Logistics Founder (m/f/d)

Job Description

Project A is seeking a Founder to lead a new venture in the supply chain and logistics space. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep understanding of the supply chain and logistics landscape, and the ambition to build a long-lasting, successful company.

This role involves:

• Being fully involved with the normal chaos and uncertainty of building a company
• Collaborating with decision makers/experts speaking honestly throughout the company building process
• Having constant access to investment managers for support and feedback
• Engaging in early validation, user research, and conducting interviews
• Participating in ideation processes, MVP creation, fundraising, and talent acquisition

Project A requires:

• Experience in and a deep knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics and logistics automation/digitalisation implementations
• Having a unique insight in Supply Chain or Logistics (e.g. through substantial industry expertise through consulting or vacancies in traditional logistic players) that will be embedded in your company and results in a competitive advantage
• A strong track record in a senior operational role within a fast-growing startup or scale-up, with a prior focus on logistics and/or procurement.
• Perseverance and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Intrinsic motivation and a drive to inspire others
