Job Description
WellPower is seeking a part-time Masters or Licensed Clinician to join their Solutions Center, a 24/7 crisis facility. The Clinician will provide direct mental health clinical assessments and treatment to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The clinician works collaboratively within a clinical team to support individuals on their path to recovery.
  • Providing psychological evaluations and problem identification.
  • Conducting crisis interventions.
  • Delivering individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients.
  • Providing case management services as needed.
  • Developing treatment plans and monitoring progress.
  • Assisting clients with psychological, social development, and rehabilitation.
  • Coordinating client's use of WellPower programs and community resources.
  • Coordinating medication needs with medical professionals.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records.
  • Participating in team meetings and supervisory sessions.
  • Performing mental health hold evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
  • Current license as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT in Colorado is preferred.
  • Three years of experience in clinical social work is preferred.
  • Experience working with moderate to severe and persistently mentally ill populations.
