Job Description
WellPower is seeking a part-time Masters or Licensed Clinician to join their Solutions Center, a 24/7 crisis facility. The Clinician will provide direct mental health clinical assessments and treatment to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The clinician works collaboratively within a clinical team to support individuals on their path to recovery.
- Providing psychological evaluations and problem identification.
- Conducting crisis interventions.
- Delivering individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients.
- Providing case management services as needed.
- Developing treatment plans and monitoring progress.
- Assisting clients with psychological, social development, and rehabilitation.
- Coordinating client's use of WellPower programs and community resources.
- Coordinating medication needs with medical professionals.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Participating in team meetings and supervisory sessions.
- Performing mental health hold evaluations.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
- Current license as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT in Colorado is preferred.
- Three years of experience in clinical social work is preferred.
- Experience working with moderate to severe and persistently mentally ill populations.
