Arkose Labs is seeking a Security Analyst to analyze web traffic, detect attack patterns, and support customers. The role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance customer security and prevent fraud across industries. The Security Analyst will be central to driving success for customer security initiatives through alignment with Engineering, Threat Research, and Product. It is a customer support/escalation role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in an innovative and dynamic team.
  • Help drive customer adoption.
  • Collaborate with CSOps team to develop technical approaches.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Manage customer communications for analytic and security settings.
  • Identify and document process improvements.
  • Identify expansion opportunities with customers.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Data or Support Analyst experience.
  • Strong business English skills (B2 level).
  • Customer support and escalation experience.
  • Strong understanding of information security.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.
  • Ability to quickly learn and support new technologies.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills.
  • Python scripting experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
