Arkose Labs is seeking a Security Analyst for a weekend shift in San Jose, Costa Rica. The company's mission is to protect consumers from online spam and abuse. As a Security Analyst, the individual will analyze web traffic, detect attack patterns, and guide attackers through the appropriate channels to counter their efforts against the company's customers.

The role acts as a customer support/escalation point, that works closely with Customer Success Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Threat Researchers to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent fraud across industries. The position offers the chance to collaborate with fraud and abuse prevention experts and contribute to customer security initiatives by aligning with Engineering, Threat Research, and Product teams. As a team member, the individual will play a part in delivering Arkose Labs' security services globally.

The role involves:

  • Analyzing web traffic for attack patterns
  • Collaborating with internal teams
  • Providing technical support and guidance to customers
  • Managing customer communications for analytic and security settings
  • Identifying and documenting process improvements and expansion opportunities

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Data or Support Analyst, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Strong business English skills (B2 level)
  • Customer support and escalation experience
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and APIs
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Python scripting experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
