Staff Product Manager at Arkose Labs

Arkose Labs, recognized as a leader in bot detection and mitigation, is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join their Core Bot Product team. In this role, the individual will drive the development and success of the company's products, focusing on Challenge and Mitigation solutions, including Arkose MatchKey. The Staff Product Manager will report to company's head office in San Mateo, CA

Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete lifecycle of Challenge and Mitigation solutions.
• Set the product vision for next-generation Arkose solutions.
• Expand the suite of Challenges and Mitigation options.
• Define and manage the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Lead agile, iterative product cycles.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Data-first approach to product decisions.
• Basic SQL and Data analysis skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
