Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Production Management Specialist to work on the PlayStation brand, a global leader in entertainment. This role is within a department covering all aspects of hardware and physical software operations. The successful candidate will work in a global organizational structure, collaborating with operation members in overseas locations. While primarily working remotely, there is one day per week for in-office collaboration.

Role involves:

• Managing production schedules with domestic and international software production factories.
• Coordinating release management with other regional operation teams.
• Managing the production progress of printed materials, such as instruction manuals.
• Managing order receipts from software manufacturers.
• Working on new projects related to operations improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management.
• English language skills (reading and writing proficiency, TOEIC 600+).
• Business-level Japanese language skills (JLPT N1 or equivalent).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with other departments and business partners (including overseas).
• Ability to take initiative.
• Positive attitude and cooperative spirit.
• Ability to make accurate and quick decisions and execute them.
• Ability to anticipate risks, act accordingly, and manage time effectively.
