PlayStation is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Japan Strategic Accounts. It collaborates with global leadership in North America and Europe, coordinating internally and externally with major game publishers and developers worldwide. Account managers are located in North America, Europe, Japan, and Asia, and are responsible for liaising with headquarters and local branches, conducting business discussions, and reporting to PlayStation global leadership. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing partner relationships with domestic game software publishers.
  • Identifying the intersection of partner needs and SIE goals.
  • Driving projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attracting game software for PlayStation from partners.
  • Promoting PlayStation business opportunities to partners.
  • Coordinating with global teams to ensure successful software launches and maximize sales.

The requirements are:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the entertainment or IT industry, including gaming.
  • Experience in building relationships with partner companies and promoting collaborative business ventures.
  • Business level English and Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent).
