Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist (AI Talent Development/Training Program Promotion Lead) to help build AI-specific skill development programs. The role involves supporting the implementation of company-wide AI skill enhancement programs and collaborating with various departments to integrate AI-focused content into other learning initiatives. The specialist will also work with global and cross-functional project teams, serving as the program lead in Japan.

Role Involves:

• Designing and curating AI learning paths in collaboration with learning content vendors.
• Integrating AI learning content into existing programs across various departments.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of AI learning initiatives and continuously improving programs.
• Leading the planning and continuous updating of learning content.
• Staying updated on AI trends and advancements.
• Localizing programs for Japanese participants.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field.
• Drive to effectively communicate the benefits of new initiatives and involve others.
• Project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Collaboration skills with various departments and overseas teams.
• Ability to communicate AI concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong interest in AI and its transformative potential.
• High English and Japanese communication skills (verbal and written).
