PlayStation Studios is seeking a Test Lead Support (Part-Time) to join their team in Tokyo, Japan. This role involves assisting with the testing of titles from a well-known studio and supporting various management tasks.

The Test Lead Support will work as part of Sony Interactive Entertainment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting test operations for PlayStation titles.
• Assisting with project management.
• Supporting scope management.
• Assisting with schedule management.
• Supporting quality management.
• Aiding in communication management.
• Assisting with risk management.
• Supporting stakeholder management.

Requirements:

• Operational expertise and practical experience in quality assurance and management methods.
• Text and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of bug tracking systems such as JIRA.
• Experience in debugging.
• At least 1 year of test lead experience.
