Accounting Manager

Job Description

Swish Analytics is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their Finance and Accounting team. This is a newly created position reporting to the Director of Accounting, with potential to manage a team of up to four by the end of fiscal year 2025. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), prepayments, US and international payroll, and supporting international audits.

• Managing accounts receivable (AR)
• Managing accounts payable (AP)
• Managing prepayments
• Handling both US and international payroll
• Supporting international audits
• Interpreting complex agreements for revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP
• Managing the General Ledger
• Handling foreign currency and intercompany transactions
• Preparing financial statements of multiple entities, including flux analysis

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Corporate accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Comprehensive knowledge of handling foreign currency and intercompany transactions
• Prior experience forecasting cash
