DevOps Engineer - EU at Swish Analytics

Swish Analytics is seeking a DevOps Engineer to enhance their sports analytics, betting, and fantasy startup. The DevOps Engineer will focus on developing, maintaining, and implementing Kubernetes clusters at scale and ready for heavy/spiky ML workloads. They will work closely with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to implement, optimize, and scale workloads on Kubernetes using CI/CD, automation tools, and scripting languages.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and implement Kubernetes clusters at scale
• Work with Data Science and Data Engineering to optimize workloads on Kubernetes
• Develop and implement specialized infrastructure to deliver tools/software
• Implement and enforce best practices for software deployment and code management
• Monitor the system and respond to incidents
• Provide on-call support as needed

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or DevSecOps role
• 4+ years of experience building within AWS using Terraform or Terragrunt
• 4+ years of experience building CICD pipelines
• 4+ years of experience managing distributed systems with containerization tools
• 2+ years of Python or Go experience
• Understanding of distributed systems
• Previous SRE or DevOps experience in managing customer-facing systems
• Experience with machine learning pipelines
