Solsten is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to be the trusted advisor for gaming customers. The candidate will build and refine the Customer Success process to accelerate existing accounts and deliver an exceptional customer experience. They will Drive adoption, onboarding, and value-add to help clients realize the business value of the platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning a book of business and drive successful platform adoption.
- Forming strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Owning escalation management.
- Continuously improving the Customer Success process.
- Building a feedback loop to UX and product teams.
- Advocating for customer needs.
- Introducing new features and offers.
- Owning key Customer Success metrics.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of customer-facing experience in Gaming and SaaS.
- Experience navigating customer organizational structures.
- Business-driven mindset.
- Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Empathy and insight for customer needs.
- Passion for games, UX, psychology, and personalization.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
