Solsten, a company focused on human-centered digital experiences, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor for their gaming customers. This role involves building and refining the Customer Success process to accelerate account growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong business mindset, high emotional intelligence, and excellent project management skills. This is a remote position based in United States.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving adoption, onboarding, and value delivery for clients.
  • Forming strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Managing escalation and customer support.
  • Improving the Customer Success process.
  • Advocating for customer needs.
  • Introducing new features and offers.
  • Owning Customer Success metrics.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of customer-facing experience in Gaming and SaaS.
  • Experience navigating customer organizations.
  • Business-driven mindset.
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Passion for games, UX, psychology, and personalization.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
